Green Recipe Shake

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3-4 Kale leaves
1/4 avocado
1 mango
Ice chunks (optional)

- Dice mango and avocado. Then add all the ingredients in a blender
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps. If you want a cool shank you can blend in ice chunks.
- Pour for a nutritious and filling shake that will provide energy throughout the day.
*Mangoes are often sale at Kroger. If you have never cut one before there are plenty of videos on Youtube. If you plan on making this shake a lot then they also freeze well, along with avocados.
