rOASTED cARROTS WITH hONEY mUSTARD
Ingredients:
2 lbs of small carrots
3 tbsp of whole grain mustard
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of fresh parsley (optinal)
3 tbsp of whole grain mustard

2 tbsp of fresh parsley (optinal)
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil
- Toss carrots in mustard oil and honey. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet in one layer. Roast for about 25 minutes, or until the are fork tender.
- Sprinkle with paresly before they are served (optinal)
